ADULT, PROFESSIONAL, AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION MAJOR

The program educates leaders who understand the need for and are able to contribute to continuous school improvement and lifelong learning, providing educational leadership in the broad context of the community, society, the nation, and the world.  The Adult, Professional, and Community Education major is designed for individuals who serve or hope to serve as educational leaders and change agents within programs serving adult learners in a broad array of organizational settings including governmental agencies, health organizations, higher education institutions, community-based organizations, and business and industry.
