Graduation Requirements

In order to be eligible for graduation, students must complete all required courses for their selected degree programs and submit an application for graduation on the Student Services menu of CatsWeb prior to the posted deadline.  Required courses for your degree program can be found on your Degree Audit Report.  Graduation applications must be submitted at the beginning of the semester in which you intend to graduate.  So, if you are planning to graduate in May, you should apply for graduation at the beginning of the Spring semester.  Deadlines for submitting graduation applications are posted on the Academic Calendar.  Please note that graduate students apply for graduation through the Graduate College.
Once your application for graduation has been received, the Center for Student and Professional Services will audit your file to verify that all degree requirements will be completed.  You will receive an e-mail letting you know whether or not you are cleared for graduation or if additional information is needed to clear you.
