Dr. Kathy Fite, Department of Curriculum & Instruction, is one of six recipients of the 2008 Texas State Alumni Association's Alumni Achievement Award.  The Alumni Achievement Award is given to graduates of the university who are prominent in their chosen business, profession or life work on a local, state or regional level.  The recipients are of such integrity, stature, demonstrated ability and renown that the faculty, staff, students and alumni of the University take pride in and are inspired by the recipients' recognition.  Dr. Fite will be honored at the 2008 Scholarship Gala, February 9, 2008.
