For over a decade, TiDE has served over 300 developmental educators from 39 states in the United States as well as Canada and South Africa.  TIDE provides professional development in the integration of technology into developmental education for post-secondary colleges and universities.  It is sponsored by the two largest, national, professional organizations: the College Reading and Learning Association and the National Association for Developmental Education.
