Comprehensive Exam Information
Please read carefully.
Successful completion of this exam is required for graduation with the Master of Education (MEd) degree.
Preparation for the comprehensive exam is highly recommended. Students who have heavy commitments that prevent them from preparing well for the exam during their final semester of coursework are advised to delay their exam and their graduation until the next semester.
Due to the comprehensive nature of the exam, students should take the exam during their last semester of the Master's program coursework. Comprehensive exams are administered 3 times per year: Spring, Summer and Fall.
In order to be a qualified applicant for the examination, you must first register your intent to take the examination with the appropriate individual listed below.
