Information Improvement Planning Process

  1. Work with College of Education constituents to assess goals and needs throughout the College and define high level requirements
  2. Draft a College wide ‘Information Improvement Plan’
  3. Review Information Improvement Plan with College leadership; prioritize, revisit requirements where needed
  4. Shop IT (and others at TxState) for products/services we can utilize to meet plan goals
  5. Where needed, involve constituents in an ‘information improvement planning’ process (for ex. automation of Student Teaching processes)
  6. Develop written project plans (full scope, work breakdown structure …)
  7. Review with leadership  

 

Steps 3 – 7 are iterative.
