Research Enhancement Program
Internally funded grant intended to encourage and provide support for faculty research and other creative activities. All full-time Texas State faculty members, tenured or tenure-track, are eligible to apply. Multiple grants awarded, up to $8,000 for applications from individuals, and up to $16,000 for applications from groups. Application deadline is usually in the the fall.

Presidential Award for Excellence
(Scholarly / Creative Activities - Distinguished Research Seminar category):   Internal award intended to recognize and reward superior service, to provide models of excellence for fellow faculty, and to encourage all faculty to continue to perform, improve and advance their teaching, service and scholarly/creative activities.  Two awards of $5,000 in each category annually.  Nominations due to Dean in early February.
