I've Been Admitted. Now What?
1) Contact your academic advisor, and then register for classes.
Congratulations! After the Graduate College notifies you of your admission to a master's degree program with an emphasis in Talent Development, contact Dr. Susan Field Waite to schedule an advising appointment: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will have options for how your advising session is held (e.g., video-conference, phone call). After your initial advising meeting, register for classes.
2) View the online Graduate College orientation.
The Graduate College provides an online orientation to graduate studies at Texas State. You'll find information about registration for classes, setting up a Net ID, university resources, and much more. This year, there will be both a live Zoom event and a self-paced orientation in Canvas.
