Staff from the Center Receive Texas State Quality Team Recognition Award

A team consisting of members of the Center for Student and Professional Services staff, as well as other staff members from across campus, has been selected to receive the Texas State Quality Team Recognition Award.  The team was selected for its exemplary work designing and implementing a new online student teaching application process.  About this team, the nominator said, "This team should be considered outstanding because a diverse group of individuals used a high level of collaboration and planning to successfully implement these significant changes. From beginning to end, this process has been done in a remarkably short period of time -- just nine months. By devoting time to careful planning, the process has been smooth, thereby saving many hours of future work.”
